To provide customers with the ability to see our technology despite the distance between us, Neptun has invested in a showroom. Our headquarters in Rovello Porro now house a trade-show style booth where we will exhibit our most popular models in production both in-person and virtually.
In a safe environment, where strict anti-COVID protocols are followed, a group of expert technicians will welcome you and direct your experience with the famous Quick 2-T8 and Quickmill vertical NCs, the LV Top 1600 washing machine, our Rock 14-45 edger with variable angle and Rock 11 edger with the unique, patented AWA system for automatic adjustment of all wheels.
If you prefer a virtual experience from your desk, we can bring the machines to you through Neptun-HUB. Neptun-HUB can be viewed from your office with the most common streaming platforms. Our professional camera system will allow you to see the details of the machines and interact with an operator who can execute the processes that interest you.
Additionally, we are happy to offer the opportunity to get a “behind-the-scenes” look at Neptun’s production, talk to a spare parts expert or the service team to receive suggestions on productivity and getting the most from your Neptun machine.
